Extense is a collaborative project between Clara Hancock and Dianne Burdon. They are interested in mapping how technologies, as sensuous extensions of the body, impact our interactions with infrastructure and development; with a particular focus on the epistemic constraints of energy imaginaries.
Hancock and Burdon will be exhibiting in the group show ‘River is/as’ within ‘Extense’, curated by 16 Collective in collaboration with FieldARTS, as part of Glasgow International Festival 2026.
